Digital anamnesis and information
In the digital solution, new patients can call up the admission questionnaire conveniently from home via a link, QR code or on the practice website and fill it out on their smartphone or laptop.
Alternatively, tablets can be made available on site at the practice. The data is transferred directly to the practice’s administration system (PVS) and integrated into the patient file. The medical history of existing patients can also be taken digitally in this way.
If a procedure is subsequently scheduled, the practice can provide patients with an individual information video from medudoc via the same system. This enables standardized and time-saving Patient Education. Patients can ask the attending doctor questions digitally in advance, which are then clarified in a brief personal consultation.

During Patient Education, patients receive a video in easy-to-understand language that is individually tailored to their indication. The information video can be watched from the comfort of your own home. This means that relatives can also be involved in the process. The videos can also be individually adapted to the data from the admission questionnaire.
Electronic signature for documentation
Finally, the declaration of consent is signed digitally by doctors and patients.
