Because purpose is the strongest motivation
We believe that the right technology, the right values and the right team can achieve a great deal in healthcare. That is why we work on one of the most sensitive moments in medicine – preparing for a procedure.

What drives us
What we work for every day
Every patient should understand what they are consenting to.
Patient education should be fully documented – so liability risks fall and there is time left for the conversation.
Scarce resources should reach the place where they are needed – the people.

For us. And for our children.
One day we will face a procedure ourselves – or the people we love will. Then patient education should be the way we are building it today.
01Individual patient education
Everyone deserves patient education that fits them
Patients bring their own history, their own worries and their own questions. That is why we create the patient education video and the digital informed consent sheet for each patient individually, based on their medical history and the procedure. Those who understand what lies ahead can make an informed decision and go into the procedure well prepared.
More about the patient education videoOver 92%
of the participating physicians no longer want to do without video-assisted patient education.
- Personalised patient education videos in plain language
- Around 300 patient education videos, produced in-house and reviewed at least once a year
- Patient education content in 23 languages to aid understanding
- The personal consent discussion remains the core element
02Digital medical history
Good patient education starts with a good medical history
Only those who know the patient's history can educate them individually. We collect all the required information through our patient portal or connected third-party systems. The platform prepares it as structured data for the physician's assessment.
More about the digital medical history- Adaptive questions instead of rigid forms
- Upload findings, capture medication by scan
- Medical reasoning detects gaps and risk factors while the data is still being collected
- Handover to the HIS via FHIR
03Clinical processes
More time for people, less for paper
Hospitals today face many challenges at once – staff shortages, rising costs, growing documentation requirements. Our closed process chain runs from inviting patients to archiving in the HIS. Automated workflows relieve your team and reduce process costs.
See the workflow−81%
physician discussion time before cholecystectomy with video-assisted patient education (median 1.5 instead of 8.1 minutes).
- One contractual partner for the entire preoperative workflow
- Consent discussion on site, telemedical or hybrid
- Electronic signature and audit-proof archiving
