Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)
You develop the medudoc platform end-to-end in TypeScript – software that hospitals use every day to prepare for procedures.
Want to build software that is genuinely used in everyday hospital work? The medudoc platform combines digital medical history, personalised patient education videos and electronic consent in one end-to-end workflow – multi-client capable, secure and integrated into hospital systems via FHIR.
As Senior Full Stack Developer, you develop the platform end-to-end – from the data model and the API to the interface for physicians and patients. You work closely with product, medical content and design, and help shape the technical direction.
Your contribution
- You develop new features end-to-end in TypeScript – from the API to the frontend.
- You help shape the architecture and data model of our serverless platform.
- You build interfaces to hospital systems via FHIR and medical terminologies such as SNOMED CT, ICD-10 and LOINC.
- You develop personalised video generation and AI-supported features further – with AI processing exclusively in the EU.
- You ensure quality with code reviews, tests, monitoring and safe releases.

- Infrastructure as code with SST v4 on Pulumi, monorepo with Turborepo
- Bun Test, Playwright, Biome, Sentry
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a full stack developer with TypeScript
- Excellent knowledge of React and modern frontend architecture
- Experience with serverless or cloud architectures and infrastructure as code
- Confidence in API design, data modelling and automated testing
- Security awareness when handling sensitive data – experience in healthcare or with ISO 27001 is a plus
- A bonus – experience with FHIR or integrating language models
- Fluent German or English
