Patient education documented verifiably, even without surgery
Before acupuncture, neural therapy or manual therapy, too, physicians inform patients and obtain their consent. medudoc prepares patients at home and documents every step completely. The consent discussion takes place on site or telemedically.
Consent trail
From medical history to signature, fully recorded
Not every treatment is an operation. medudoc maps patient education before non-surgical treatments in one continuous workflow as well – with a record that can be verified later.
Medical history before the appointment
Patients enter pre-existing conditions and medication at home, medications by photo of the package or medication plan. Notable responses are flagged in the HCP Dashboard; the assessment remains with the physician.
Bilingual consent sheet
The consent sheet is available in two languages, with the German original on the left and the translation on the right. Physicians add annotations before signature.
Electronic signature under eIDAS
Simple, advanced or qualified electronic signature – your facility chooses the level. Patients sign in the browser or on site on a signature pad.
Consent trail in the appendix
The consent trail documents who viewed which content when, which question was asked and when the patient signed. Consent sheet, consent trail and medical history form one PDF/A.
On site or telemedical
The consent discussion where it fits
Whether a telemedical consent discussion is sufficient is decided by the physician, depending on the treatment and risk profile. Both paths start with the same preparation at home.
